Newly Appointed Binger Representative

The Caddo Nation is pleased to announce Kara Dougherty as the newly appointed Binger District Representative. 

A Lookeba, Oklahoma native, Dougherty holds two bachelor's degrees from SWOSU in Health Information Management and Communications, and has spent the last seven years working with the Indian Health Service serving Native American and Alaska Native populations. Kara is the daughter of Kim Shepherd, granddaughter of Colleen Shelby, great-granddaughter Colleen Prissy, and great-great-granddaughter of Bessie Reeder.
