Caddo Nation Division of Housing Accepting Applications for Assistance Programs

The Caddo Nation Division of Housing (CNDH) is currently accepting applications for a variety of housing assistance programs available to enrolled Caddo Nation citizens. These programs are funded through the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG), the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).

Available IHBG-NAHASDA programs include:

• Low-Income Family Rental Units 

• Elder Rental Units 

• Lease with Option to Purchase (LWOP) 

• Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance (Nationwide) 

• Storm Shelter Assistance 

• College Housing Assistance 

• Down Payment Assistance 

• Home Rehabilitation Assistance (Nationwide) 

In addition, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) offers the Home Improvement Program for eligible applicants.

The Housing Department is also currently accepting applications for:

• Low Rent Housing (Halfmoon Units) 

• Elderly Rental Housing (Anadarko) 

• Lease with Option to Purchase (LWOP) 

Applicants must meet income and geographic eligibility requirements, which vary depending on the program and funding source.
