Caddo Nation Division of Housing Accepting Applications for Assistance Programs

The Caddo Nation Division of Housing (CNDH) is currently accepting applications for a variety of housing assistance programs available to enrolled Caddo Nation citizens. These programs are funded through the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG), the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).

Available IHBG-NAHASDA programs include:
Low-Income Family Rental Units
Elder Rental Units
Lease with Option to Purchase (LWOP)
Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance (Nationwide)
Storm Shelter Assistance
College Housing Assistance
Down Payment Assistance
Home Rehabilitation Assistance (Nationwide)
In addition, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) offers the Home Improvement Program for eligible applicants.
The Housing Department is also currently accepting applications for:
Low Rent Housing (Halfmoon Units)
Elderly Rental Housing (Anadarko)
Lease with Option to Purchase (LWOP)
Applicants must meet income and geographic eligibility requirements, which vary depending on the program and funding source.
