College scholarships, adult education, and job training programs are available — here's how eligible tribal members can apply.

The Caddo Nation Education Department is now accepting applications on two fronts: recognition awards for recent high school and college graduates, and financial assistance for college students heading into the 2026–27 academic year. Eligible tribal members are encouraged to act promptly, as the programs serve students at different stages of their educational journeys.

Higher Education Program

The Higher Education Program provides funding for Caddo Nation tribal members who have not yet earned their first bachelor's degree and are pursuing post-secondary education. The program covers students working toward an Associate of Science, an Associate of Arts, or a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution.

It is important to note that the Associate of Applied Science degree is not eligible for funding through this program. Students currently enrolled or planning to enroll for the 2026–27 academic year should review eligibility requirements carefully before applying.

"Applications can be downloaded, emailed, or mailed — the Education Department wants to make sure every eligible student can access the process."

Applications are available on the Education page of the Caddo Nation tribal website at mycaddonation.com/education. To locate them, scroll to the bottom of the Higher Education section, where both the graduation award and higher education applications can be found. For those without reliable internet access, applications can also be requested by email or mail through the Education Department directly.

Adult Education & Job Placement Programs

The Education Department's support extends beyond traditional college-track students. The Adult Education Program and the Job Placement and Training Program offer pathways for tribal members seeking to build skills, earn credentials, or enter or re-enter the workforce. Full details on both programs are available on the tribal website's Education page.
